Mark as Useful Collect call from Harris County Jail. Area code 713 is Houston, TX. I hung up before they could charge $5.00/minute. I don't know anybody in jail, especially in Houston.

I signed up on the internet for my boyfriend to help him search for loans and now this number won't stop calling ... however there is never anyone there and when you call back it says the mail box is full ... very annoying! This number needs to be blocked!
